Does anyone have any good suggestions for types/brands of gelpens that work well on top of other media? Such as watercolor and colored pencil? I need to find some good ones.. the ones I have are cool but do NOT draw on top of other things, only on plain paper. Can anyone suggest pen brands and where to find them? I would greatly appreciate it. :) Specifically, white gel pens. I neeeeed those. ;.;

1. I love tattoos and am getting a new one wif muhlove when I go to KY. that one will make 6 in my collection. :P
2. I also love piercings, however, my body does not seem to take them.. Every one I've had gets pushed out by my skin (rejected). Hopefully this is the cause of some bad metal, I hope to try again soon.
3. I've basically had nothing but bad relationships... until ~Chibers :heart:

7. Umm... I love art. Duh. It's my passion, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE pleasing people :D ~essentiaforma almost made me cry when I showed her the one I did for her, she loved it so much I CRIED because I was so happy. xD

I never had luck with gel pens going over pencil, especially heavy, layered pencil.

If you can't figure one out maybe try acrylic ink on a tiny brush or non-metal tipped ink pen.

Hmmm... I know :iconkeysha-chan: uses white gel pens. I think she has a journal or something that mentions what kind or where she gets them from. She uses marker, though, so I'm not sure how well they would do on top of other media. Might be able to ask if she knows...

I'm looking for some white gel pens, as well. Darned craze went in and out before I found out one could use them on art like that... The white gel pens especially are impossible to find in stores around here.

LOL yeah, I missed the huge craze, but they are quite useful, specially the white ones!! I remember buying several different brands of white, just to try them out and see.

Ooh, good idea. I used white acrylic ink before, but in small spaces it's harrrrrd to get fine details.

yar. maybe you could try one of those bamboo pens to see if you can get more detail than a brush. metal tips tend to scratch too much.
why oh why must it be so hard to get the pretty highlights we want?!

but I don't know where to find them!!

no I don't think cheese doodles would work very well..... they get orange in the white.
